That's cool that you chose Josefina!
In 8th grade, I got to choose my own French name, so I chose Lucie because I had read A Tale of Two Cities and loved the character Lucie Manette. But in 9th grade, I had to have a name closer to my name, so it was either Laure or Laurette. I really didn't like Laure, so I chose Laurette. And I've been Laurette for a few years now.
Of course, now that I've seen and love "Les Fabuleux Destins d'Am?lie Poulain," my most favorite French movie, I want my French name to be Am?lie very much. I may convince my French teacher to change it, especially since he's not the same teacher I had in 9th grade.
I often have my dolls "help" me in subjects. Samantha always loves to help me in French, and when I get AGT 25, she'll help me, too.

My name in German is Kerstin. I picked Kerstin because one of the girls in the class was already named Kirsten, but the teachers mostly call me Kirsten anyway, so it's all good. Cristel (21) speaks German and so do all of my friend Ni's dolls.

I know, the first day of school always is boring. I start school tommorrow and I know we won't even do anything. We don't even know where the classes are and our lockers are until tommorrow and we won't even need a locker. I really want to go though because I miss all of my friends!
